Rotala Macrandra is a great background/mid-ground plant, displaying beautiful green and red colors. CO2 injection is not required but fluctuations in CO2 could cause this plant to die. Growing to around 1 foot, this plant will need some trimming. To propagate, cut the newest growth from the base of the stem and re-plant.
