ISTA Water Plant CO2 Tablets

A Pressurized CO2 Alternative

These tablets are an easy and convenient way to provide CO2 to your planted aquarium. As the tablets dissolve, they release CO2 into the water, giving your plants the benefits of CO2, but without the need for pressurized CO2 equipment. 

Directions: Simply drop 1 CO2 tablet per 20 liters of water into the aquarium. You will see the micro CO2 bubbles releasing. It takes about 2 hours for the tablet to dissolve completely. The number of tablets used can be adjusted according to planting density.
