Golden Nugget Plecostomus L-018

The Gold Nugget Pleco is a popular freshwater fish because of its ease of care and beautiful looks. They reach a size of 7-10" and require a minimum tank size of 40 gallons. Gold nugget Plecos are peaceful fish that can be kept with most fish as long as they have caves to hide, and they are not small enough to be eaten by their tank mates. It is recommended not to house your gold nugget with other plecos and catfish to avoid possible territorial behavior.
