The gorgeous Acanthicus Adonis Pleco. These guys are one of the most impressive Pleco species! They grow to be about 24” long! They are slow growers, but should be kept in aquarium that are at least 240 gallons. They are omnivores that fully appreciate vegetable matter as well as meaty foods such as blood worms. They are more territorial than some other plecos and will easily be the dominant fish/bottom dweller. They should be the only Pleco in the aquarium.
