Lifetime Livestock Guarantee
What It Includes: Opt into our lifetime livestock guarantee for peace of mind. We guarantee the lifetime of fish in your aquarium, provided you adhere to our maintenance schedule, follow our advice, and purchase fish exclusively from Natural Environment Aquatix.
Eligibility for Preexisting Aquariums: Even if you have an existing aquarium with fish from elsewhere, you can qualify for the guarantee by paying a $59.99 Exam fee. During this exam, we assess the health of your fish and the setup of your aquarium. Once everything meets our standards, you can sign the lifetime guarantee contract.
Exceptions: Adding fish from other stores, skipping maintenance appointments, or not following our instructions voids the guarantee. Livestock Guarantee contract must be signed to apply.
Aquarium Maintenance
Pricing Details
Our maintenance fee is $1 per gallon, with a minimum charge of $100 per visit. Aquariums larger than 300 Gallons will be priced per job. New clients incur a one-time clean-up fee of $49.99 on their first visit, except for aquariums recently installed by Natural Environment Aquatix. Saltwater aquarium maintenance is priced at $2 per gallon. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or every three weeks maintenance plans to suit your aquarium's specific needs.
